Welcome to the Arkansas State Thespian website dedicated to serving Arkansas 7-12 educational theatre programs! The Arkansas State Thespian Society is affiliated with Educational Theatre Association and the International Thespian Society. AR EdTA is a non-profit, tax-exempt honorary organization for high school theatre students. The society is committed to the advancement of educational theatre, sponsors the Arkansas State Thespian Festival and theatre workshops, and provides college scholarship opportunities for students.

As Thespians, we recognize that social media is a useful tool for expanding our theatre knowledge and for recognizing ourselves and others in a positive manner, and that our words and images are not only a reflection of ourselves, but our peers, programs, directors, and the general theatre community.
