The following forms must be turned in by Jan. 29, 2026 at midnight.
They need to be dropped into the shared troupe folder from juniorthespians@arkansasthespians.org.
EVERY PERSON ATTENDING FESTIVAL (except bus drivers) MUST FILL OUT THE HEALTH FORM.
Only those attendees who will be 18+ at the time of festival will need the Adult Conduct Form.
We have a new digital Health/Rules and Consent and Adult form!!! Please be patient as we finalize this process. It will be easier and much more efficient. NO PAST HEALTH FORM WILL BE ACCEPTED THIS YEAR.
