Junior Thespian Festival

The following forms must be turned in by Jan. 29, 2026 at midnight.
They need to be dropped into the shared troupe folder from juniorthespians@arkansasthespians.org.
EVERY PERSON ATTENDING FESTIVAL (except bus drivers) MUST FILL OUT THE HEALTH FORM.
Only those attendees who will be 18+ at the time of festival will need the Adult Conduct Form.
We have a new digital health form! Please copy the link and email it to your students parents to fill out. We will let you know if you are missing anyone.
All Students attending festival must have a Student Rules and Consent form signed by themselves and their parent/guardian. Please print and distribute to each student attending and keep it with your records at festival.
